Yes! We ship across the UK and worldwide. UK shipping is always free, international shipping is £15, and orders over £180 ship free globally.
Q4: How long will my order take to arrive?

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Q9: Are your vases handmade?
Many of our vases are handcrafted, which means slight variations in size, shape, or color may occur. We see this as part of their unique charm.
Q10: How do I care for my vase?

Terracotta & Stoneware: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged contact with water.

Ceramic: Clean gently with warm water and mild soap.

Rattan: Keep in a dry environment to preserve natural fibers.

Iron: Wipe dry immediately after cleaning to prevent rust.
Q11: Can your vases hold water for fresh flowers?
Yes, most of our ceramic, stoneware, and iron vases are water-tight. However, rattan and some terracotta vases are best suited for dried flowers or decorative use.
